Choose your level

You can choose between three different levels: Beginner, Amateur or Pro.

Beginner
- Less then three years cycling experience
- FTP power < 3 w/kg
- Total km’s last year <7500

Amateur
- More then three years experience
- FTP power > 3 w/kg
- Total km’s last year >7500

Pro
- Moren then 5 years experience
- FTP power > 4 w/kg
- Total km’s last year >12.500

Choose your goal

The plans have three different goals: Endurance, Climbing, Sprint.

Endurance
- Building endurance
- Perfect after a restperiod or injury
- Preparation for the season

Climbing
- Expand the endurance condition
- During the season
- Last weeks towards an event or goal

Sprint
- Improving sprint and anaerobic capacity
- Perfect after a period of endurance or strength training
- Suitable for riders who compete in races
