1. Training camp
   - Booking conditions
   When the booking form is filled in, Robic Girona gets in touch with the client in 24 hours. Robic Girona send the client a quote and block the booking for 48 hours. When the clients confirms the quote the booking is complete.    
   - Cancellation policy
   From the moment the booking is completed, 25% of the Training Camp is non-refundable. Within 7 days of the training camp start date, 75% is non-refundable. Robic Girona has no right to cancel the training camp. Robic Girona has the right to cancel one of the extra options. The client will receive in that case 100% of the costs from the extra options.
   - Responsibility
   The client is responsible for providing the right information. If information is not provided correct, all the extra costs have to be paid by the client. The client is responsible for their own insurances. During the training camp clients is obligated to ware a helmet. For conditions about the bike, see Bike Rental. 
   Any mistakes made by Robic Girona are to be named in a week after the training camp. Robic Girona can refund 25% of the total price maximum if there is prove anything went wrong.
    N.B. These terms & conditions do not apply to the apartments. For the specific T&C for the apartments please check the company Sleep & Stay, based in Girona.
   

2. Bike rental
   - Booking conditions
   When the booking form is filled in, Robic Girona gets in touch with the client in 24 hours. Robic Girona send the client a quote and block the booking for 48 hours. When the clients confirms the quote the booking is complete.
   - Cancellation policy
   Once a bike is rented 100% is refundable until 30 days of the rental date. 50% is non- refundable until 7 days of the rental date. Within 7 days of the rental date 75% is non-refundable.
   - Responsibility

   Once you arrive, you will be asked to signed a waiver, release and a consent form to confirm that You cannot rent a bike without a signed waiver, release & consent:
   I hereby declare that I have the necessary experience to use the bike I’m renting now, and that I have tested and checked its perfect working condition. I will notify Robic Girona immediately of any eventual malfunctions or breakages. I declare that the bicycle(s) will not be used improperly and that I will personally redeliver it to Robic Girona. I authorise Robic Girona to charge me for all eventual costs in case of damages to the bicycle(s) during my rental period, comprehensive of labor. In case of theft, I will be responsible for reimbursing Robic Girona for the original purchase price of the bike, plus the cost of any accessories that were provided at the time of the bike rental. I agree to not hold Robic Girona its operators, agents, servants and employees responsible for personal injuries or property damage, loss or delay, or change of itinerary incurred by any person or renter arising out of the act of negligence of any direct or supplemental carrier, or other person rendering any of these services, nor shall Robic Girona be responsible for any injuries, death, damage, loss or delay in any means of transportation or by reasons of any event beyond the actual control of Robic Girona, or of any agent or supplier, or due to force majeure.
    

3. Events
   - Booking conditions
   When the booking form is filled in, the event is directly reserved by the client. Within 24 hours the client receives all the information from Robic Girona.
   - Cancellation policy
   Once an event is booked, 25% will be non-refundable. Within 4 weeks of the event start date, 50% will be non-refundable. Within 7 days of event start date, 75% is non-refundable. Robic Girona has the right to cancel the event 45 days before the event starts without the return of money.
   - Responsibility
   The client is responsible for providing the right information. If information is not provided correct, all the extra costs have to be paid by the client. The client is responsible for their own insurances. During the training camp clients is obligated to ware a helmet. For conditions about the bike, see Bike Rental.
